Have you been bothered by the feelings of dejection, stress, and hopelessness? Do you want to understand the various aspects regarding your mental well-being? Are you looking for some positivity in the time of pandemic?

Youth Thinkers’ Society is all set to begin the journey towards Positivity and Mindfulness ultimately attaining Mental Well-being.

Stress Counseling through Podcast in Response of Covid-19 in collaboration with UN Women Nepal is brought to you by Youth Thinkers’ Society. The main goal of this initiative is to cover issues relating to your psychological well-being through a Series of Podcasts where your queries and questions will be addressed through our team of experts.

Our moderator and a rotating team of expert counselors will analyze and reflect upon your experiences and discuss the psychological challenges in light of the current pandemic. With our core motive to address the mental health consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the general public, we believe together we are stronger.

All the episodes of the series will be aired through online social networks and digital platforms such as Anchor FM, Spotify, Google Podcast, Apple Podcast, Sound cloud, and Social Media Pages of YTS.

Youth Thinkers’ Society has been keen on addressing the mental well-being of people and has created a platform to promote healthy practices for a sound mental health through workshops. We truly believe, the Marginalized should be prioritized and given equal opportunity. Hence, identifying the vulnerability of certain provinces after the onset of the pandemic, the Podcast Series will also be broadcasted through Local FM Stations of Province 2 and Sudurpaschim Province in their local languages i.e. Bhojpuri, Maithili, Doteli and Tharu respectively.
